Post subject: The Talmud, a parallel of Hadiths in Judaism
Many of us true believers, epsecially those born in Sunni families, will always reflect upon the evil and damage that Hadiths ,otherwise translated as Sayings or Oral Law, have committed against the true faith of Allah. For this reason I have chosen to show you all how the mighty Allah has actually shown a bad example in what the Jews did, something which we unfortunately perpetuated in almost the same fashion!
According to Orthodox Judaism (mainstream), one can't be a true Jew unless they accept the Torah as well as the Talmud. The reason for this according to them is that one complements the other especially in explaining the Torah to the Jews. The Tamud is basically written as a discussion and notes made by the 'wisest' rabbis and sages of Israel. In it they debate amongst themselves and decide what law to apply and why. In most cases though the laws of the talmud conflict directly with those claimed as the Laws of God passed down to Moses in Sinai.
According to the Torah, blasphemy is punishable by stoning from the congragation of the Israelites.
''11And the Israelitish woman's son blasphemed the name of the Lord, and cursed. And they brought him unto Moses: (and his mother's name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan)12And they put him in ward, that the mind of the LORD might be shewed them.13And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
14Bring forth him that hath cursed without the camp; and let all that heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him. '' Leviticus 24:10-14
As you see from these verses God commanded Moses to stone those who blaspheme, either reject God or curse him. Yet read this excerpt from http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org:
'The Mishnah (Sanh. 7:5), rules that the death sentence by stoning should be applied only in the case where the blasphemer had uttered the *Tetragrammaton and two witnesses had warned him prior to the transgression. In the Talmud, however, R. Meir extends this punishment to cases where the blasphemer had used one of the *attributes, i.e., substitute names of God (Sanh. 56a). The accepted halakhah is that only the one who has uttered the Tetragrammaton be sentenced to death by stoning; the offender who pronounced the substitute names is only flogged (Maim., Yad, Avodat Kokhavim, 2:7)'
So we see that God's punishment for any blasphemy of God is stoning by the congregation yet the Talmud allows it only if the person used the word YAHWH (tetragrammaton, literaly the four letters) and can actually reduce the sentence to mere flogging if YHWH was not used. I know that these laws are actually a little better than those found in the Torah but can you see the sick distortion of what they believed was God's law?
Another parallel to Islamic Hadith law is the punishment for adultery and how it is applied. According to the Hadiths, if 4 witnesses are brought forward then the woman is stoned to death. The www.Jewishencyclopedia.com says the following:
'Under the theory of the Talmudists, which still further mitigated the severity of the law, the woman could not be convicted of Adultery until it was proved that she had been previously cautioned, in the presence of two witnesses, not to have any communication with the suspected man, and that, in spite of such caution, she had met him secretly under circumstances that would make the commission of the crime possible (Mishnah Soṭah, i. 1, 2; Gem. 2b).'
Do you people see the similarity between both of these 'sayings'. The same pattern of contradiction and distortion of God's laws and instating man-made laws which are deemed better. The only difference is in the number, the concept is like an exact copy, hehe
Here is a video showing you just ho their rabbis and scholars give validity to the Talmud, supposedly because God's law is too harsh:
Did you hear what he said? 'an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth...'. Let us hear what the Qur'an says about this:
'and we prescribed for them therein: the life for the life, and the eye for the eye, and the nose for the nose, and the ear for the ear, and the tooth for the tooth, and for wounds retaliation. but whoso forgoeth it (in the way of charity) it shall be expiation for him. whoso judgeth not by that which allah hath revealed: such are wrong-doers. ' 5:45
'But how is it that they come to you for judgement while they have the Torah, in which is the judgement of Allah ? Then they turn away, [even] after that; but those are not [in fact] believers' 5:43
This refers to when Jews asked the prophet to be their judge according to the Quranic law. Allah questions them, for why they should not rule by the Torah? This is not to say that Allah commanded them to follow their corrupted Torah, no, but it is a challenge to them and their weak faith in not upholding the Torah as law yet not accepting to follow the Quran. Only when it comes to jurisprudence did they turn to the prophet. This shows their deviant ways and as a matter of fact, those of the Hadithers and Ulama/Maula/Fuqaha'!

Thanks dear brother for these great info. I have fixed the youtube video link for you, if you would like to add youtube videos, use the following tag
No thanks needed my friend Ahmed, I have taken it upon my duty not only to aid in diseminating our higher and truer understand of Allah's book, but also to do some research into parallel example which I believe Allah warned us specifically against and that if we did research about the people of the book we would have woken up so much sooner because Allah made them an example (a sign also) to us. I will let Allah words show his message in the first of all Surat
Al Fatiha 1:6-7
'Guide us to the straight path/The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray.'
Allah chose Bani Israil to lead his message but in many occasion (even according to them!) they have disobeyed Allah over and over. For this Allah calls them those who have evoked his anger and this is quite clear throughout the Quran when one reads about how they refused to go with Moses (even after witnessing amazing and wonderous signs) and even worshipped a Golden calf because the 'Samaritan' told them to. After refusing Allah's commandment after he saved them by giving Moses the miracle of parting the sea and escaping by the teeth, they still desist and Allah makes them wander the desert for 40 years.
Who are those who are astray from the true path? Clearly they are the Christians. They have chosen to literally worship a mere man as Allah incarnate simply because of miracles. I wonder why the Jews didn't do the same with Moses, weren't his miracles just as great? Can we Muslims even conceive of the sight of a staff turning into a snake, an entire sea being split apart simply for one's passage? Yet Jews did not even try to worship Moses, they had committed another crime against Allah. The Christians did not deserve the same amount of anger for Allah never chose them to fullfil any special objective, they were just expected to hear the gospel and use the peaceful teachings of Jesus' compassion to turn to Allah. Yet they clearly strayed from Allah's path and chose to believe that Jesus was their only path of salvation.
'No One Comes To the Father, But Through Me' John 14:6
Unfortunately it never occured to them that perhaps Jesus meant through me, as in my teachings not through my worship!
I believe that Allah is speaking directly to us but Allah knows best. It's just that I always wondered about the meaning of these verses and I couldn't understand (due to mere parotting of Quran of course!) what Allah meant by these two simple verses. Unfortunately, Sunni/Shia have incurred both Allah's wrath (nothing but catastrophies happen to us, no progressive cultured truly Muslim country exists) and we also strayed from the path by secretly idolising our prophet, even in our daily prayers! Ever wondered why we have to say 'allahuma sali wa barek ala sayidina muhammad' in our daily robotic prayers? The prophet has died 14 centuries ago yet we think there is merit in asking for Allah's blessings on a dead man and that he is our 'sayid' (aka master, lord...) which reminds me a lot of Christians who call their Christ LORD.
I would like to hear your sincere thought on my take of this issue whilst of course ackowledging (unlike the fuqaha/ulama) that we might be wrong and that Allah knows best!
